dislocated shoulder

About a week ago in the gym I dislocated my shoulder doing a fly exercise.
I felt the shoulder move and it sounded like I was cracking my knuckles.
When I dropped the weight however, it seems to have put my shoulder back in place. After an initial numbess in my arm, aside from some tenderness and occasional soreness it feels fine.
I dislocated this shoulder once before, approximately 6 years ago.
Since I dislocated it I haven’t done any lifting, but I have run and played basketball twice. (The dislocated shoulder is my shooting shoulder, my dominant arm).
Should I get this looked at and how long until I can resume lifting weights? Are there any exercises I should limit my routine to for a few weeks?
