i have dislocated my soulder(age 19).if I do take care now and do proper rehabitilation thentell what is the probabilty of dislocating my shoulder again. Please do tell me also the care and proper rehabitilation I should do to prevent any further future dislocations.

The probability of dislocating your shoulder again is 50%. If you dislocate it a second time the probability of dislocating a third time is 70%+. Proper rehab would be to strengthen the rotator cuff muscles and larger muscles surrounding the shoulder. Krisi have dislocated my soulder(age 19).

This is true because I dislocated my shoulder for the first time in july 2013 and since then it has re dislocated about 7 times.
