hey man weight lifting won’t stunt your growth. Its a myth. I’m 13 years old and 5’10 and I do some weight lifting and my growth hasn’t slowed down. Just make sure u use proper technique when doing workouts that involve the back and legs. Using inproper technique could do some serious damage to your spine and you could injure your legs. But then again never over do working out with weights, you never know what could happen. Only use the amount of weight you know u can handle and never work the same muscle within 48 hours of itself. After each workout you need to rest at least 48 hours to let your muscles heal. PLus it prevents muscle tear and will give you better results. Justin C.
