Elbow Pain

I’m a right handed pither for my High School and I was clocked at 89 MPH but im only throwing 50 to 60 percent because my elbow hurts to much. there is a lump it looks like calcium deposit and every time I throw it hurts. so if anyone can tell me how to get rid of this pain please contact me. I WANT TO BE A PRO.and with this elbow problem I wont be able to thank you very much, sincerley, Ricahrd
