Elbow pain
When playing basketball (3x/week), I experience a sharp pain in my shooting elbow upon the extention of my elbow on my shot.
The pain seems to occur on both the inside and outside of the elbow. Can this be subdued through the use of a sleeve (like the one Allen Iverson wears) or just a simple wristband/other band around my bicep?
I can play through the pain, but I am getting tired of it. Any information you have, would be greatly appreciated. Thanks,Jeff

Sounds like you have some tendinits going on. The bad news is you should stop playing basketball for a while. If you keep "working" through the pain, your just causing more injury. Do youself a favor and let your arm rest and use ice too. Good luck. Mya
