Elbow Pain from lifting weights
I recently hurt my elbow while lifting weithts in the gym.
I felt some pain after I complteted the lift, however the next day it got a little worse.
I injured it while benching, I do admitt to not properly warming up but I did think it would be this long before I got back in the gym.
Today I went back to the gym, first time in a week, I could not work out like I wanted due to some pain while try to lift. what should I do to allow it to heal. Before I could not do a push up now I can do between 25 and 30 with slight pain.
I really don’t want to continue to fall behind in the gym please help.
