ELBOW TENDINITIS

I KNOW THAT I HAVE TENDINITIS OF THE ELBOW, JUST WONDERING IF YOU COULD GIVE ME SOME STRENGTHING EXERCISES TO DO? THIS HAS BEEN GOING ON FOR MONTHS, I USUALLY WORK OUT 4-5 TIMES A WEEK, AND HAVE DONE ONE BODYBUILDING SHOW.
I HAVE TRIED ANTI-INFLAMATORYS, ICE, AND CUT BACK ON THE WEIGHTS AND STILL NO IMPROVEMENT.
HELP ME PLEASE.

    Ive been suffering a right wrist Tendinitis for 2 months and there is no improvement. I play tennis and I would like you to suggest any item to play with. Please, let me know any exercise in order to recover it. Also, Thanks in advance Rober
