elbow , auto acc broke humerus, ulna. remove lattreal condile

acc 20 + ago start with broke humerus,ulna,removed latteral condile . infection had to remove appromax 2 inches of humerus, bone graft external fixtur, 5mos. I have only have 10 % elbow function. how can this be improve this.
