excercises for knee after surgery

: I had a miniscus tear removed 5 days ago arthroscopically. I was wondering if you could recommend any excercises that I would be able to do at home to help stregthen the quadricep and make the knee more flexible.

You need to ask your Orthopedic surgeon, PT or Physician’s assistant what exercises to do. They may not want you doing any.
