flat feet
i’ve been suffering with flat feet my whole life. I’m 20 yrs old and now im havin prob with just working two days. It’s also causing pain and swelling in my lower back and prob with my knees. I’ve tried orthodics, but they didn’t help at all. What should I do. I’ve heard theres surgeries but how long would recovery time be?

There is no simple answer to your question. You need to make an appointment with a board certified foot surgeon who does flatfoot surgeries. Not all do. You will be xrayed and evaluated and then advised what procedure(s) are indicated for your particular problem.
