Flat feet on my 4 yr old daughter
My 4yr old daughter has been complaining that her knees and legs hurt her.
Our pediatrician diagnosed her as having flat feet.
He wrote out a prescription for orthotics of 1/8 to 3/16 arch lift.
The cost will be close to $360 to have these made.
Is there a less expensive way to support her little feet.
I am assuming she will need to get new inserts every time she goes up in shoe size, which at her age is about every 6 months.
Please help.

I suggest you see a podiatrist for further evaluation and treatment recommendations.Without examining her, I can’t determine if a prefab orthotic will work.
