Flatfoot -MBA implant post op Q’s

I had the MBA implant put in my foot 7 weeks ago because it was severely flat and I still have pain in my foot only when I put to much weight on it or try and move it to much.
I’m in a walking boot and still unable to walk without my crutches. It is definitely getter better each week but I’m concerned about why it is taking so long.
My Dr. says everything looks good but I was told I’b be walking in a shoe within 6-7 weeks. Have you heard of someone taking this long to heal?
