foot bursitis?
Hi,
I have lymphadema in my right foot.
Normally, it is not swollen that much and looks pretty much like my other one.
Last year, I developed a bunionette.
I got orthotics and really wide shoes, 4E…Recently, my foot has swollen on the top and it very sore to press on.
I’m wondering if it’s bursitis from the bunionette.
It is always sorer after walking.
What do you do for bursitis and how can you tell if that’s what it is.
I’ve tried icing it, but no difference.
Because of the lymphadema, I get celulitis, so have to take antibiotics.
Should I just be staying off it.
