Foot Drop
I have an elderly friend who has been diagnosed with neuropathy and foot drop.
She does not know if it is better for her to move the ankle and foot and exercise it, or if she should immobilize it. (She is also a diabetic.) Which is generally recommended?

Definately move the ankle, foot and toes, even if you have to do it with your hands because the foot will not move. Movement of joints keeps them healthy.
