Foot Pain

Good morning!
I have been having this weird pain on the side of my right foot.
It usually happens if I move my foot inwards or pivot on it or even if I move the last two little toes inwards.
It is a searing pain, it feels as if a serrated knife is cutting open the side of my foot.
As soon as a move my foot back it stops.
Any clues???
