FOOT PAIN

I have pain on the outside of my right foot. I have no injury to it and did not bump it in anyway. I really do not know where it came from. It really hurts when I walk and it seems to be worse in the morning. I also have a small bruise immediately below the outside of the ankle. If I push below the bruise I can pinpoint the pain. Both ankles frequently pop when I make rotating movements. Other parts of my feet “pop” as well. What is wrong with my right foot?

I would probably need to do an examination and evaluate your gait. X-rays and a MRI possibly would be needed before I could say a whole lot.
