Foot Problems

I have two problems with my feet. The first is on my left foot and appears to be a hard lump about the size of a pea on the inside of my foot at the bottom of the arch. It does not hurt unless it is pressed on and not really much then. What could it be? Do I need to see a doctor.

The other injury is on my left foot and is a result of running the other day on the road with poor shoes (couldnt find my running shoes). I am experiencing sharp pain on the outside of my foot when I walk and the pain seems to radiate up my foot in back of my ankle. My calf muscle seems tight as well. This is quite painful and gets worse the more I walk. Any Ideas?

It sounds like you might have a bone spur. Visit http://www.bonespur.com to see how many people have overcome this problem naturally – without surgery.
