fractured right fibula, displacement of ankle

Broke fibula playing soccer, have had 3 operations, 1 to manipulate ankle into place, 1 to get plate, pin and 8 screws and the last 1 friday 7 nov to get 2 syndemosis screws removed, can you give me any advice on helping myself getting back to normal. Thanksnatalie
