Grinding knee
when walking down stairs or squatting I get a horrible grinding and clicking noise coming from my right knee. I can’t really locate the noise or feel where it’s coming from either ?????
There’s not really any pain from it, but it’s only recently started.
Anyone have any idea what it may be?
