Groin Pain, Right hip tightness, lower back pain

Hello. I am 26 years old and a very active healthy male. I play baseball in the summer and football in the fall/winter. I was rounding third base when I felt a tightness in my lower back on the right side but nothing to significant to make me sit out. Over the next month I developed horrible posture, leaning to one side, groin/pubic pain on my left side and tightness in my lower back on both sides. One thing, I started running around 6 miles a day in january 08 through mid summer and the pain started around beginning of september 08. I cannot seem to stand straight up and my left ab muscles look misaligned to my right ones and I feel like I am leaning to my right. I am very frustrated as I am not able to have any activity. I do not know what to do. Please help. It seems like we whole right side is messed up and causing pain on my left side.

I went to a chiropractor and had x-rays taken and they showed significant hip tilt. My right hip is about an inch back compared to my left hip and up a little while my right hip is forward and lower. What can fix this? Should I get orthotics and if so for what side? Also, could this tilt cause my groin muscles to be weak?
