Groin Strain and Buttock Pains – Reccuring

I have this recurring buttock pain that originally occurred a few years ago when i used to play football with heavy shoes. This occured again recently and now when i walk if i push on my hip i can feel the joint click out. Then to make it worse, a friend collided with me and now ive injured my groin too. My groin feels as though there is a bubble in the joint and the joint needs to pop just to release it. I would apreciate anyone who has had a similar symptom with either cases.

Thanks

You might have a similar problem to mine, which is external rotator tendinitis. YOu can find exercises to deal wiht that on the web. Pelvic tilts and excercises for that long leg tendon that hangs up on the end of the femur at the knee should help as well.

I need a more sophisticated approach because the other leg is broken.
