My ham is hurting very high up about midway through the glute. And lately I have also been having pain in my hip region, most noatbly the s/i joint. The funny thing is that my ham does not hurt when I jog, just when I stretch and aches the rest of the time. I cannot figure out if it is pulled or if it is a nerve/ back issue. By the way how many times do I have to post a message for you to answer it?
