Hamstring Injury

I hurt my Hamstring about 3 months ago.
I rested for about two months and then I started runnig and felt the tight muscle again. Yesterday I had a Soccer game I massage the area very well and wore a thigh support and got hurt even more.
My leg is now swolen and in pain. Any ideas on how to take care of this injury? Thank you.

    : Thank you.Ice and compress. Where was you injury? In the belly of the muscle or near “sit-bones” or near knee? Gradual stretching should help. I have been battling “hammies” for years. Your quads may be too strong from hams.
