Hey there… I’m a 19-year old girl who play football (soccer) and do athletics. Lately I have had a lot of trouble with my hamstring, and it just seems to get more and more bad everytime I practice/play. I had a footiegame yesterday, but I was only able to play 15 minutes or so, and today I can’t even walk without any pain.
Could it be too much practice?
I play football 6 times a week and athletics twice a week… But I’ve been doing that for 3 years now…
What should I do? rest it completely?
