I’m wondering if anybody can guess what’s wrong with my hamstring. I was a sprinter in highschool and have pulled both my hamstrings one my junior year and one my senior year. My left hamstring was a severe pull and after rehab it healed very nicely. My right hamstring however i pulled several times. After it felt like it was healthy I started weight lifting but usually felt too much pain the next day. It wasn’t the usual
sore muslce pain, but sharp pain. I stopped working out and recently have started back up. I have done many streches and running and weight lifting but feel discomfort in that right hamstring. Could it be scar tissue? Does any one have experience with scar tissue and can tell me what it feels like? I tried pocking around my hamstring, but I couldn’t feel any lump. It is a little difficult for me because I have very thick thighs. If anyone can help i would greatly appreciate it.
