I pulled my left hamstring about 3-4 weeks ago. Not sure when it happened exactly but I didn’t recognize the injury until a little while afterwards. I rested it for 2 weeks and then started to stretch it lightly yesterday. Later on it felt uneasy and then I think I pulled it again walking up some stairs. What advice do you have for this condition? I’m planning to go skiing in 7-8 weeks. What do I need to do to rehab correctly?
