I walk 4 1/2 miles every morning in an hour.
I keep having recurring pain at the very top, inside of my thigh near the crease of the buttock.
I am assuming this is where the hamstring connects to the bone?? Anyway, what can I do to keep this from getting sore? I do stretches before and after but maybe not the correct ones?
Should I be doing some type of strengthing as well? Help!!
