Hand Cramps

Hi,
I’m getting hand cramps when i do just about anything, plus i have a sharp pain in my right wrist when i put any weight on it. my doctor was totally useless he said he didn’t know what was wrong with it and if it still hurt then i should get it x-rayed. i guess a fracture might explain the acute pain when i put any weight on it but not the cramps in my hands! i’m getting about one a minute when i use my hands and aching pain down my right fore-arm. any suggestions anyone?
