Heel and back pain
I’ve been suffering heel pain for a couple of years on the lateral plantar aspect of my left foot after jumping from a roof.
Also, intermitent sharp pain on the right posterior side of my neck Can you explain how orthotics may be used for the symptoms that I’ve outlined above (as I noticed that many Podiatrists advertise that orthotics can minimise neck pain).

I never claim orthotics can help neck pain. That is not very likely.If your heel bone was fractured, then it is possible an orthotic might be helpful.
