heel pain
The heel pain that I experience is on the outside of the heel.
I have no pain on the bottom of the heels. Both heels are stiff and sore in the morning, but this is alliviated very easily.
I have seen a PT, but as soon as I quit going and I no longer received the heat therapy, my pain comes back.
Since this pain goes away for a day or two when I buy new shoes, I am currious as to what you think it is.Please advise.tkrak

Tkrak, Sounds like a classic case of Plantar Fasciitis. My own mother had the same thing, and I treated her with arch supports and a splint to wear at night. The following site is just the first one that came up when I typed "plantar fasciitis" into the "Google" search engine, but there were tons of other sites listed if you want further info. Let us know how you make out, and good luck.
