Heel Pain/Plantar Fascia
I’ve read everything and done the icing/stretching/resting/elevation. I’ve rested for 9 days in a row. If I go out and do an easy 3-4 miler will that put me back where I began? Or should I just continue to cross-train and rest? and for how long? How far should I run when I return? Going bonkers without my runs!
