help with back porblems after crash
hi I was in a car crash 3 years ago on the motorway ,the car flipped and ever since I have suffered with lower back pain I went and had physio and still hurts I have recently had an x-ray which showed dengeneration of L5/s1 would this be the reason why I have pain now and that this has happened in the crash ??what are my options now? Dear Sam,Degeneration of L5/S1 can and likely is the cause of your pain. Yes it could be due to the car crash. Keep in mind that the degeneration is a result of a structural joint problem.
