Hip (pelvic) bone sacralised to Lumbar vertebrae

Hi, I’m a 20 yr old female and my, I think, 5th lumbar vertebrae is sacralised to my hip bone on the right side.
Is there a medical name and can it cause major back problems?
I also have Lordosis (swayback) and a slipped disc. Can Lordosis cause slipped discs?
I am looking for answers please. Thank you,LGH

hi I have had my hips pinned and plated this was because of a slipped disk in my hip what is the name for this

I FELL AND BROKE AND FACTURES SOME BONES IN MY HIP AREA. THE DOCTOR SUGGEST TO TRY AND WALK ON IT AND COME BACK IN 4 WEEK FOR MORE XRAYS. I’M GETTING A SECOND OPPION IN A WEEK . SHOULD I BE WALKING. I HAVE BEEN TRYING TO PLEASE LET ME KNOW THANK YOU JD
