I am 13 years old and play football regularly. As it is the closed season, I have not been playing as regularly as usual. I have been at a summer camp and spent a lot of time playing long power shots. Now the time has come to start pre-season training and when i went to kick the ball I get a pain in my hip/groin. I have been told to rest it for two weeks, but I am worried I won’t be ready in time for the new youth season beginning at end of August.
