Can someone give me a good source on how the ATC’s I supervise, and myself are being affected by the HIPPA regulations. We work with High Schools and College’s.Thanks.
Buddy,Don’t be too concerned, as the regulations will not affect ATCs nearly as much as we had feared they might. Check out the most recent edition of the NATA News; they have a good article which covers this. I am sure there is probably also information on the NATA web site.Scott
