hot burning sensation

HI Doctor,Recently I’ve been experiencing a hot burning sensation in my feet after an hour or so at work.
I work in a lumberyard,walking mostly on concrete.
Have worked there for some 12 years .Sometimes while standing for a period of 10 minutes or so at home I experience the same sensations.Could you please tell me what could cause this.P.S. don’t where the most expensive shoes)Problem has just been recent.
