I had a midshaft humerus fracture on 1/5/03. is it common for a surgeon to sever the radial nerve and pinch it between the bone when an IM rod is placed. Any help is appreciatedTara
It’s probably not that common for the surgeon to pinch it between the bone. Maybe it happened when you broke it? It’s a possibility that your nerve was injured as a result of the break. But stranger things have happened. Good luck, Mya
