Hump in Long Toe

I have had fallen metatarsals most of my life.
Is this the possible or probable cause of a “humped up” middle joint on my long toes?
Seems like I can put manual pressure on the area between the balls of my foot and straighten the toe.
Is there any simple solution for this problem?

I am not positive from your description, but if you are describinghammertoes, then yes a pronated or flat foot can be one cause of hammertoes. As far as recommending treatment. I suggest you see a podiatrist for evaluation and recommendations.
