Hurt left calf muscle

Two days ago in offseason weightlifting for baseball I worked my legs. I worked them just as I do every other day. My calf was fine during the workout, but right after I was done. The pain hurts very bad and it is located about 2-3 inches down from the knee. What do I need to do to rehabilitate it? The pai makes it exremely difficult to walk.

    I am going through the same thing at the moment, the pain will ease up after about 10 days, ice it for a good 3 days on and off for about 20 mins and then slowly start strengthing and stretching it back to how it was before (but don’t rush it)
