Re Cross friction – Medial Ligament.
Just to let everyone know – I DID IT!!
My Chiro was very right about my knee. I got through my grading. It twinged a bit now and again, but once it got warm didn’t really effect me at all!
Now just got to wait for the results. (Wednesday Night!)
This was an especially good achievment for me, as anyone who has followed my old posts might realise. I have struggled through over 2 years of injury to take this grading.

Even better news!!!! I passed the grading with flying colours!
My Sensei’s said it was the best Dan grading they have seen to date. So I am well chuffed.
