Illio Tibial Band Syndrome

I have suffered fro ITBS especially in my right leg for as long as I can remember.Massage, stretching and rest from running have only been temporary cures. Orthotics also seem to only to work for a short period of time before my left leg gets shorter than my right again (after paying a fortune in massage to get them even). I also tend to suffer tight hip flexes and have always had tight calves. Are there any supplements that I can take while training (running / footy etc) to help keep all my bands and tendons loose as even 30mins a day of stretching doesn’t help. Any adcvice appreciated
