Injured Foot

I injured my foot on 9/30, “mid foot sprain”, casted for several weeks, still have swelling, saw a nerologist today due to the “electrical shock” feeling I was having, she says I may have Tarsel Tunnel, putting me on Lyricia for 1 month, possible surgery. Is this really possible to have an injury this long and nothing like that showed up on MRI done in December?

Yes, MRI’s don’t show everything, especially small nerves.Lyrica may be helpful for your problem. Please post back how you are doing.

Hello, well here it is mid-June, Lyrica did help to stop the shock feeling, but pain and swelling still there. When I manage to get health insurance I will get it re-examined. I have already spent my savings, $7,000 on this and I still can’t walk. This was just a simple fall off one step. Thank you for your reply
