injured roter cup shoulder
i don’t know how I did this but the roter cup in my left shoulder hurts bad, when iturn my shoulder and out n=my fingers from the other hand on it I can feel it grinding bone together, I can’t move it alot, what can I do, I can’t afford a doctor
