Instep

Hello,
I’m a TaeKwonDo martial art trainee and I’ve injured my instep on the nationals. I can walk normally and run, but when training, I can’t kick the pads or the kicking bag without feeling a sharp pain. I also feel (hear) some cracking when I rotate my foot (ankle).Could you please advise me on how to help my foot recover?

    Pain is almost always an indication of something being injured. I recommend you be examined and possibly get a MRI.
