Question. I have seen many athletes where this strap looking thing that goes around the upper part of your calf and below the knee. What is that used for? Is it for you knee? If anyone knows what I am trying to describe. please let me know. I hurt my knee and thought about trying that, that is, if it is meant for my knee thanks tam

Hello, I found out what it is called. It is called Patella strap. It “can help alleviate symptoms of tendonitis, chondromalacia, Iliotibial Band Syndrome, Osgood Schlatter’s disease, and other knee ailments” If anyone has used one before, please let me know how well it works.. Thanks
