ITBS
Since my last marathon race (6 weeks) i’ve had a dull pain on the outside of my right knee, just above the joint line. The pain only came on after running but more recently whilst running.There is also a horrible click if I straighten my knee after bending it. I am currently applying the RICE method with lots of hip, glute and hamstring strethes in the hope that it calmes down.Can anyone advise me as to wether I am treating this correctly, assuming that it is ITBS.Thanks.
