Itchy bumps on bottom and side of one foot

(5 discussions)

When it starts to get warmer out every year, I will get little bumps on my right foot.
The bumps will occur on the bottom (under the arch, never in any of the padded/calloused areas near my heal or toes) and side of my foot (the outer side of my foot, opposite my arch).
The bumps will have a yellowish fluid inside.
Any idea what these are or how to stop them from occuring?
