jamming injury to ankle

Recently I injured my talus by landing short on a double back flip.
I am a gymnast.
The MRI shows a bone injury of approx 4*6*2 mm.
It is where my tibia pounded/jammed into my talus.
What types of diet/therapy etc… can be done to help speed the healing process. How much time does this type of injury generally take to heal?
