jumpers knee

i am 20 years old and have been getting treatment for jumpers knee for the past 3 months twice a week getting interfernatial therapy it is a lot better but I join the royal navy next week and im worried about all the running and jumping is going to damage my knee again I am seeking any help on anything I can do to aid recovery but still do my training any advice would be great help

    Interferential current is good but so is ultrasound, massage, quad stretches, running/walking backwards, ice and consider OTC anti-inflammatories.
