Jumper’s Knee

I would like to know what exercises I can apply to remedy my problem with Jumper’s Knee. I have strong quadricep muscles and I do train my hamstrings (but not often). I have gone to see a physio about it but despite sticking diligently to the exercises she recommended, I have not seen a marked improvement in the way my knee is feeling. This problem is only present in my left knee. Please help me. Thank you.
